  1. Faire jouer les meilleurs en A => commencer à mettre un peu de pression sur le résultat du match tout en axant son discours sur le contenu
  2. Tous les joueurs doivent jouer au moins une mi-temps
  3. Pas un week-end sans match
  4. Prendre du plaisir
  5. Progresser au niveau moteur
  6. Maitriser les gestes techniques et les déplacements tactiques demandés lors des cycles
  7. Commencer à jouer le hors-jeu (le coach le déclenche plus que les joueurs eux même chez les U15)

OBJECTIFS D’APPRENTISSAGE A DOMINANTE PSYCHO-MOTRICE

Un travail sur la coordination ne sert plus puisque le développement psychomoteur de l’enfant est acquis par contre il faudra faire un travail de maintien de cette coordination.

Travail continu de la technique individuelle (contrôles, conduite, passes, tirs…)

OBJECTIFS D’APPRENTISSAGE A DOMINANTE PHYSIOLOGIQUE

Un travail de l’endurance (capacité et puissance) est nécessaire

Un travail sur la vitesse est important.

Travail du gainage, des abdos et des muscles des jambes sans charge
