Comment rendre le jonglage attractif, ludique?

Lorsque nous nous rendons sur les terrains, nous pouvons aisément voir le décalage entre les attentes des éducateurs  voulant travailler la « jonglerie » et la volonté des joueurs étant récalcitrant à la jonglerie. Ce désamour des jeunes footballeurs face à la jonglerie peut-être dû à la difficulté de la tache « jonglage » au départ ainsi qu’au côté non-ludique où les jeunes ne comprennent pas forcément l’objectif. Nous allons donc nous chercher a proposer aux éducateurs des « billes », des arguments, des outils permettant de déclencher la motivation des joueurs face au jonglage.Pour information, nous rappelons que l’objectif à long terme  reste la réalisation à la sortie de la catégorie  U13 des  « 50/50/50 (pied fort, faible et tête) ».

Voici quelques propositions visant a améliorer cet exercice technique:

  • Continuum de complexification: 

– Le ballon: l’objectif sera de se donner du temps, ainsi, vous pouvez commencez le travail du jonglage chez le débutant avec un ballon de baudruche, puis un ballon en mousse et enfin un ballon de football classique(taille 3/4/5) suivant la maturité du joueur. Vous pouvez également utiliser un ballon relié par un fils à une potence afin que le ballon ne tombe pas par terre.

– Le rebond: A terme, le jonglage doit se faire sans que le ballon touche le sol cependant, au départ, vous pouvez autoriser les rebonds entre chaque jongle (diminuer progressivement le nombre de rebond autorisé entre chaque jongle).

– La prise de balle à main: vous pouvez  autoriser au départ la prise de ballon à la main. L’objectif sera d’espacer progressif le nombre de prise de balle à la main.

  • Organisation pour motiver et chercher le côté « ludique »

– La coopération: – sous forme de « tennis-ballon »  en jouant sur le nombre de joueur sur le terrain, le nombre de rebond autorisé, le nombre de touche de balle autorisé, le nombre de passe entre coéquipiers, la forme de service et la taille du terrain.   – Le « jonglage Brésilien » où les joueurs se mettent par groupe de 2 à 6 joueurs maximum avec pour but que le ballon ne tombe pas.

– Le duel: sous forme de montante-descendante par groupe de deux joueurs les joueurs jonglent chacun leur tour sur un laps de temps défini par l’éducateur ( de 2 à 5 minutes), le vainqueur monte, le perdant descend.

– L’intégration dans un enchaînement technique: En utilisant le jonglage avant la réalisation d’un geste technique (1/2 volée, volée, contrôle orienté, passe,…).

– Le « contrat individuel »: l’utilisation des contrats par niveau permet de placer le joueur dans un but de maîtrise, de progrès plutôt que dans un but de compétition, de comparaison sociale.

  • La gestion spatio-temporelle (Où? Quand?)

– Un apprentissage  à moyen / long terme: – Mise en place de routine en début de séance en matérialisant un carré avec ballon et « feuille de contrat plastifiée » où les joueurs en sortant du vestiaire doivent directement jongler et remplir leurs contrats.

– Gestion informatique de la progression en faisant jongler vos joueurs chaque week end pendant l’échauffement de votre match. Cela vous permettra d’avoir un suivi annuel et plus pour faire un bilan.

– Mettre des « carottes » des « mini-sanctions-punitions », ainsi, étant donné qu’en école de football vous n’êtes pas dans la compétition, vous pouvez, lors des jonglages d’avant match dire que les 3 joueurs les moins performants au jonglage commenceront remplaçants. Cela motivera certainement vos joueurs.

– Solliciter, impliquer vos joueurs pendant les vacances en proposant une fiche a remplir quotidiennement pendant les vacances.

We will be 3 weeks in Certona – before some shopping in Florence, a stay at the beach and a few days in Orbatello Scala. Burn off too much and the wires will essentially short-circuit, leading to complete motor failure.No way this would happen during normal use, but I have also pushed tools so hard that they smoke up a little. Myslím, že je totiž dobře obhajitelný obojí výklad.Ohnisko problému totíž podle mě spočívá v pojmu ústavního pořádku a v tom, jestli je ústavní zákon součástí ústavního pořádku. Jestli ano, pak by ho zrušit nemohl, neboť ústavní zákon by byl pro ÚS etalonem, ne předmětem měření. Jestli je ústavní pořádek něco jiného, nějaká idea, která nekoresponduje nutně s ústavními zákony, pak by je rušit mohl. Co ale pak je ústavní pořádek?
